2023 NCAA Division II The Season: UW-Parkside

Eligibility expiration takes some of the Ranger's best wrestlers as other top wrestlers return.  Gone is Three time NCAA Division II qualifier Joe Arroyo who was 3rd in the nation in 2021, along with Job Ayala who was the R12 last season & Rodsean Graham who was 5th at the Super Region V.  I thought that Shane Gantz a three time NCAA DII qualifier in his own right, who earned NCAA DII runner-up status last season had more time left on his clock. However he's not on the current updated roster.  What we have with UW-Parkside is a young, tough team.

133 lbs
Joey Roti

A tough sophomore for the Rangers, Joey Roti earned his first Region medal last season with a 6th place finish.

149 lbs
Joey Spuhler

16-4 on the season last year, Joey Spuhler will contend for a top six showing at the Super Region this season.

157 lbs
Ben Durocher

Another tough sophomore for the Rangers, Ben Durocher was 21-14 on the season, earning 5th place at the Super Region V.

184 lbs
Reece Woracheck

If you're tired of reading "tough sophomore" sorry, cause that's exactly what we have here too.  25-13 on the season, Reece Woracheck was a Super Region V runner-up & an 8th place finisher at the NCAA Division II championships.
