Upperbody specialist Mitchell Arch who uses an assortment of Greco-Roman techniques to hit various throws on opponents will look for his third Region medal this season. He was 8th in the Central Region in 2020 as a freshman & 6th last season as a sophomore. He went 31-14 on the year.
