Briar Cliff lost two of their best wrestlers NAAI qualifier Ben Peters & GPAC finalist Jeremial Glise due to graduation, but they also bring back a couple of talented lightweights that should do well this season.
125 lbs CaRon Watson |
I predict that CaRon Watson will outdo himself in more than one way this season. First and foremost the Tulsa, Oklahoma native has thus far claimed three bronze medals from the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) tournament. Bout high time he nabbed himself a silver or better yet a gold. Only a one time state qualifier in high school, he qualifies for the NAIA's this season, that'll make one more trip to nationals than what he made to state.
125 lbs Seth I'Nama |
Ironically enough at least in my opinion the other Charger to look out for this season is also at 125 lbs. Junior Seth I'nama a native of Arkansas took 4th in the GPAC last season.
