Formed in 1921 the Midwest Conference still exist to this day. Only one of their members Cornell College currently has wrestling. The Conference sponsored wrestling from 1937-1938 season until the 1993-1994 season.
I don't have results for all of the Midwest Conference tournaments, but I do know of two teams that won at least one title that no longer have wrestling.
