The Northern California Athletic Conference which was known at one time as the Far Western Conference ran from 1925 to 1998. I believe the conference began sponsoring wrestling in the early 1960's or late 1950's. I don't think they sponsored wrestling through 1998. I'm not sure when they would have stopped sponsoring wrestling, but I think it was before the conference folded in 1998.
What I do know is that all 13 members at one time in their history had a wrestling program. The only schools that still have a wrestling programs are San Francisco State & Fresno State. The other 11 have since dropped.
I have results from 1962 through 1982. That doesn't mean that NCAC wrestling stopped in 1982, it just means that I don't results from 1983 to whenever the last NCAC wrestling tournament was.
