Gone, Lost and Forgotten: First Colonies Titles won by Schools that No Longer Have wrestling

I have no idea what the First Colonies tournament was.  If it was a conference, an open, an invitational...I have no idea.  I can find nothing on it other than a few teams that no longer have wrestling that won it.

You have any more information on it, I'd much appreciate it.
