When I was growing up my Dad said of certain wrestlers, "When it's time to get tough, they get tough", "When it's time to show up and wrestle, they show up and wrestle." Ghee Rachal resembles those remarks as much as does any wrestler. He came into the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) last season & took 3rd winning some big matches. The former Triton Trojan continued to impress, taking 8th at the NAIA national tournament.
