I've talked a lot over the years about the glory days of Harvard wrestling. Back when the #1 University in the world produced the likes of Jesse Jantzen & J.P. O'Connor. I've longed to see those types of results again for the Crimson program, but it seems in today's environment that's getting harder & harder to do. With the new rules and standards of how NCAA Division I operates, I can see the Ivy league with their own regulations suffering as a result.
Jimmy Harrington has been one of the best to suit up in the crimson & black over the past two seasons, making the NCAA DI tournament both years. He'll spend his final season representing the Cavaliers of Virginia.
Crimson in 2026-2027?
125 Logan Brzozowksi
5th in the EIWA last season, Logan Brzozowski should contend for NCAA DI qualification this year. 15 wins in '25-'26, he was 6th at the Midlands.
149 Jack Crook
An NCAA DI qualifier in 2024, Jack Crook will look to reclaim that status in 2027.
165 Joe Crango
Joe Crango gave All-American Cesar Alvan a very good 7-6 match last year & if he can wrestle like that more often, he'll be in contention for a spot in the top 33.
