Located in Moline, Illinois, from what I have been able to gather Braves wrestling lasted from 1966-67 through 1974-1975, coached by Denton Smith.

Love was an Illinois High School State Runner-up in 1973 for Kewannee before starting his wrestling career at Black Hawk College. He then finished up his wrestling career at the University of Iowa.
