Four (Or More) Time State Champions In College = Connecticut

Considering that Connecticut has had a state tournament since 1965, I was quite shocked that they haven't had more four time state champions than what they have had.  This is what I have found.

T.J. MarcAurele

If you've ever wondered what T.J. stood for as in T.J. MarcAurele, it stands for Chris.  He won four Connecticut High School State titles for NFA and Ledford from 89'-92'.  He began his collegiate career at Garden City where he was the NJCAA runner-up in 1994.  He transferred to North Carolina State, but decided to take his life in other directions before the start of what would have been his junior season.

Brendan Harris

Harris won four Connecticut High School State titles for Somers from 95'-98'.  I know that he attended the United States Coast Guard, but I'm not sure if he wrestled there or not.

List isn't very long but as of today Ryan Jack of Danbury is having himself a very respectable career at North Carolina State. Four years of eligibility remaining too.
