Located in Troy, New York the Vikings of Hudson Valley had a wrestling team I believe at two different times. Not 100% sure of these times.

Tatar won a Region III title for Vikings in 1969. He then went on to finish up his collegiate wrestling career at Central Connecticut State.

| Frank Popolizio |
Brother of North Carolina State Wolfpack head coach Pat Popolizio, Frank was instrumental in reinstating wrestling the first time at Hudson Valley during the 1990-1991 season. When it was discontinued again, I do not know.
