Four (Or More) Time State Champs In College = Arkansas

Arkansas has only had official/sanctioned High school wrestling since 2009, so the list of four time state champions isn't going to be as long as what it will be for other states. With that said, I couldn't find an official page that listed all of the state champions & what I was able to find only went to 2016. So if there have been other four time state champions crowned between 2017-2022, I am at this time unaware of it. Here is what I've found thus far.

Tyler Kurz

Kurz, who I believe to be Arkansas' first four time State champion (for Cabot) from 10'-13', did not wrestle in college.

Tyler Mann

Winning four Arkansas' state titles for Little Rock Central (11'-14') Tyler Mann started off his collegiate career at Oklahoma State where he won 8 varsity matches in 2016. He then transferred to Ouachita Baptist where he made NCAA Division II All American status as a junior with a 4th place finish in 2018.

Hunter Jones

Hunter Jones who won four Arkansas State titles for Little Rock Christian from 2013-2016 competed collegiate for Ouachita Baptist.

Nick Noel

Nick Noel, a four time Arkansas State champion for Pulaski Academy (13'-16') competed collegiately for the Army.

Layne Hatcher

Layne Hatcher won four Arkansas High School State titles for Pulaski Academy from 15'-18'.  Collegiately he went the football route. Starting off at Alabama, he then transferred to Arkansas State & is now at Texas State.
