Still a relatively young team & already quite a few successes. Under the leadership of the Eierman's, those successes are going to continue to rack up. Three NAIA qualifiers last season & all three return for action in '26-'27.

Great season last year for Braden Werdehausen. Captured 3rd place finishes at both the Heart of America (HOA) & the Drury Open, taking 4th place honors at the Missouri Valley invitational.

I know after winning an American Midwest Conference (AMC) title in 2025, Xander Sederburg was not happy to finish 8th in the HOA last season Nonetheless, he made up for it big time damn near securing NAIA All-American honors as he finished one match shy of a top 8 finish at nationals. Sederburg was also 8th at the prestigious Missouri Valley Invitational.

It really threw me for a loop when the 2025 AMC champ wasn't selected as a wildcard after finishing 4th in a tough HOA bracket. I felt it was one of the biggest slights of the post season. Nonetheless, I'm very confident that Brocksmith does qualify this season. He won the Drury Open.

Finishing 7th in the NAIA nation last year, Austen Wetzel won titles at both the HOA & the Drury Open. He has the talent to become the Owls first national champion.
