A pretty successful year last year for the Spartans, as Aurora crowned 7 Regional 7 place-winners, including a NCAA Division III qualifier. Four return for action in 2026-2027.
**NOTE** - Not sure on the status of Carlos M Flores. He took the '25-'26 season off & I'm not sure if he'll be returning to action or not. If he is, he'll be a huge asset to the Spartans. Types of wins he's already had? Nearly teching Drew Marchese 14-1.
Out of eligibility are...
Tyler Evetts, two-time Regional 7 place-winner with 7th & 5th showings.
Alton Mullinx who was 8th in Regional 7 & 2nd at the Collegiate Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW)
Elijah Osit a CCIW runner-up & 5th in Regional 7.
141 Jake Penzato
Jake Penzato heads into his final season of collegiate eligibility now a two-time Regional 7 place winner with finishes of 4th & 6th.
157 Cam Johnson
An NCAA Division III qualifier for the Spartans last season, Cam Johnson was the Regional 7 runner-up.
165 Jack Seacrist
23 wins in his first season & a 5th place Regional 7 finish for Jack Seacrist last season.
174 Clayton McKee
Clayton McKee may not have had the best season in '25-'26, but he came alive at the Regional 7 last year & scored some valuable points for the Spartans coming in 6th place. Ending on a high note like that, should boost his confidence as we head into '26-'27.
