Located in what is known as the wine country of California, the storm of Napa Valley at one time fielded a varsity wrestling program.

To my findings, the best wrestler to ever come out of Napa Valley was Russ Stringer a graduate of Hogan Senior high school. Stringer was third at the 1984 CCCAA tournament and fifth in 1985.
