Gone, Lost & Forgotten: Their Best = Allan Hancock

 Hall of Fame, legendary NFL football coach John Madden has always said that he was a fan of having wrestlers on his football team.  Perhaps one of his first introductions to wrestling may have been during the time he was head football coach at Allan Hancock in Santa Maria, California.  During that time the Bulldogs had a wrestling program. 


Druktenis
137, 147 lbs

Druktenis was fourth in 1968 & a runner-up in 1969 at the CCCAA tournament

Rivera
134 lbs 

Rivera was a CCCAA champion in 1970 

Mark Hall 


Hall was third in 1977 & won a CCCAA title in 1979 

Charlie Cheney


Cheney took third at the 1978 CCCAA championships & was a runner-up in 1980.   He later went on to coach & teach special education in the Santa Barbara area.
