It was only a year ago that Chase Randall cemented himself as probably the best wrestler to ever come out of the United States Coast Guard Academy. It might not be a record that holds very long. Carl DiGiorgio has thus far been 7th-3rd-2nd in the D3 Nation, with finishes of 2nd-1st-1st at Regionals. He was 25-3 on the season.
