Joel Jesuroga St Cloud State
The Iowa transfer went 26-1 on the season, winning a Super Region V title & finishing 2nd in the D2 nation.
Caleb Meunier Minnesota State Mankato
5th in the D2 nation, Caleb Meunier heads into '25-'26 having posted a 32-9 record last year. He's been 6th & 2nd in Super Region V & for the record he took Iowa State's Paniro Johnson into sudden victory. He was also an NWCA Scholar All-American.
Kade Renner Mary
18 wins on the season, Kade Renner was 3rd at Super Region V & 7th in the D2 nation. He was also an NWCA Scholar All-American.
Lane Ewing Mary
The Marauders have more than one super tough wrestler at 157 lbs. Challenging Renner for the spot will be Lane Ewing who himself won 25 matches last season. One of which, a 6-1 decision over All-American Caleb Meunier.
Cael Robb Nebraska-Kearney
Cael Robb may have only batted .500 last year, but it's not the # of wins you have, it's the wins you have when it matters. A Super Region VI runner-up, he came one match shy of being a D2 All-American.
Trent Mahoney King
The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native went 36-11 last season making the Super Region II finals & finishing one match shy of D2 All-American honors.
Mike Zacur Seton Hill
16-5 on the year, Mike Zacur won a Super Region I title.
Ethan Richner Gannon
Ethan Richner heads into his final season of collegiate wrestling now a two-time NCAA Division II qualifier with Super Region I finishes of 2nd & 3rd. He was a R12'er in 2024.
Noah Roulo Lander
A late transfer from VMI, I'm not 100% positive if Noah Roulo has eligibility remaining in his career or not. He was 3rd at last year's Super Region II.
Lance Overmyer Ashland
A great rookie season for Lance Overmyer last year as he won 26 matches & finished 3rd at the Super Region III.
Owen Cline Colorado Mesa
14-5 on the year, Owen Cline finished 3rd at the Super Region VI.
Carson Freeman Montevallo
"If you build it, they (he) will come" I said for years that if states like Alabama would provide collegiate opportunities, they could be successful with their own. Carson Freeman is helping to prove that theory correct. 29 wins last season, he was one match shy of being an NCAA D2 qualifier with a 4th place showing at Super Region II.
Vincent Cabril Western Colorado
Only a sophomore, Vincent Cabril nearly qualified for the NCAA D2 championships last year with a 4th place finish at Super Region VI.
Cooper Warshel Pittsburgh-Johnstown
An NCAA DII qualifier in 2024, Cooper Warshel was one match shy of qualifying last year with a 4th place finish at Super Region I. Placing 8th at the Midwest Classic, among 19 wins, he defeated qualifier Mike Zacur twice by 4-1 scores (once in sudden victory) & had a 6-3 win over qualifier Lance Overmyer.

Nico D'Amico placed 5th at Super Region I last season.

Also a member of the football program, Isaac Valdez finished his season with a 6th place showing at Super Region I.

Marcus Caro Colorado School of Mines
A true-freshman last season, the California native won 21 matches & placed 7th at the Midwest Classic.
Cash Raymond Augustana (SD)
28 wins on the season, many of which were over various Super Region place-winners for Cash Raymond last year.
Emilio Arellano Tiffin
Emilio Arellano has had success at both 149 lbs & 165 lbs. A win 4-3 win over qualifier Lance Overmyer also suggest if he earns the spot at 157, he'll have success here too.
Gavin Owens Tiffin
Challenging Arellano for the spot, or better put, who Arellano will be challenging for the spot is Gavin Owens. Owens pinned Arellano in 0:55 & defeated him 11-1 last season. Owens also had a 6-3 win over qualifier Lance Overmyer.
